Rich Square Police Chief Alan Roye said Ernest Lee Lane was charged this afternoon with six counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II and two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule IV.
The new charges against Lane, of Aulander, pushed his $16,000 bond up by $4,000.
After allegedly using his truck to take the door off, Lane allegedly stole some $20,000 worth of painkillers.
