A Halifax man was charged Tuesday with felony larceny after he allegedly stole the body of a vehicle and sold it for scrap at a local salvage yard.
Detective Roy Rooks of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office charged 55-year-old David Sims II following an investigation.
Sims was given a $2,000 bond and has a court date of August 11.
