Man charged on burglary, B&E counts

The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office on Sept. 30 arrested a Roanoke Rapids man for burglary and breaking and entering charges, according to a press release from Detective Tyree Davis, who was assisted by Deputy Chris High.

Brandon Marcel Brown, 23, was charged with second-degree burglary, felony larceny after breaking and entering and felony conspiracy. Brown was given a $10,000 bond and his court date is set for Oct. 7. Further arrests are pending and no further details were immediately available.
