Hockaday Hockaday Halifax County Sheriff's Office

Charles Edward “Oopsie” Hockaday has accepted a plea arrangement for crack distribution in federal court.

Federal court records do not list details of the arrangement but previous documents reviewed by rrspin.com indicate he could serve at least 10 years for the charges that have been lodged against him.

The plea arrangement was struck January 5 in federal court in Greenville.

Hockaday was indicted in November on three counts related to crack sales and distribution.
