Green, 22, of Roanoke Rapids, was charged with felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and larceny of a firearm from a residence in the Victory Lane area of Roanoke Rapids.
He was served the warrant in jail and was given a $9,000 bond.
Detective J. Puhak said the charges stem from a July 21 report taken by Deputy D. Radford with assistance from Deputy G. Page.
Puhak was assigned the case and pinpointed Green as the alleged suspect.
He has a September 21 court date. Investigation continues.
