Enfield renews break in probes

The Enfield Police Department continues to investigate two September break ins which occurred within a day of each other.

One occurred September 27 at a house located at 612 South Church Street. The suspect entered through a back bedroom window. The suspect then stole some jewelry, a desktop computer and a Wii game console. There may have been multiple suspects involved in the crime.

The following day, September 28, a business at 120 North Dennis Street was broken into.

There were multiple suspects and a van or truck was involved in the break in. The suspects broke into a storage shed behind the business. The suspects gained entry into the shed and stole two Honda concrete tampers and a Honda power washer.

The Enfield Police Department is requesting assistance from the community to obtain new leads, suspects or the location of the stolen property.
