Detective Tyree Davis of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office said investigation by Detective Joe Sealey revealed Sunday a witness noticed a vehicle parked outside his neighbor’s house and a person allegedly stealing items from two sheds.
The witness stopped the vehicle before it left and made the man, identified as Reginald Lee Blocker, remove the items. The witness copied the license plate number and notified law enforcement.
Sealy arrested Blocker and charged him with breaking and entering and two counts of felony larceny.
Blocker was jailed on $20,000 bond and has a November 24 court date.
