From the Palm Beach Post

A 37-year old North Carolina man is charged with sexually assaulting a small boy and girl a decade ago when he lived in Palm Beach County, according to reports.

Teddy Lee Conner, of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., is charged with two counts of sexual battery on a child.
This morning, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Ted S. Booras ordered Conner held without bond.
According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's report, around 1999 to 2000, Conner allegedly assaulted a boy when he was 6 to 7 and a girl when she was 8 to 9.
In November 2009, the boy now 19, told detectives that for two years, starting when he was 7 to 8 years old, Conner forced the child to perform sex acts and attempted to rape him.
In April, the teen made two calls monitored by detectives in which Conner adamantly denied improper contact.
In May, the report said, Conner voluntarily submitted to a lie detector test in North Carolina which indicated he was lying. He then confessed, the report said.
